Astrakey
Responsibility and gates

Clear gates for data, AI, IP and law.

Astrakey connects many systems, sensitive data, AI and relationship analysis. To ensure that this remains viable, we check clearly defined gates before every publication: data protection, consent, AI transparency, IP due diligence, protected system texts, legal review and editorial quality. This page objectively shows which standards apply and how we ensure them, so that you understand what your trust is based on.

Seven clear gates before publication, each with test date and responsible body. Legal and editorial review, not scientific validation. Protection against discrimination based on gender and orientation.

Why Astrakey needs clear gates

Astrakey combines things that are already delicate individually and require even more care when combined. It processes sensitive data such as dates of birth and personal reflections, derives spiritual and psychological statements from it, uses AI for language and enables relationship analyzes about two people. Each of these areas touches on legal, ethical and substantive issues. That's why Astrakey doesn't simply publish what is technically possible, but rather checks beforehand along clearly defined gates. A gate is a conscious testing threshold that must be reached before something goes live. These gates are not a bureaucratic accessory, but a practical form of responsibility. They ensure that promises such as explainability, data protection and fairness are not just in marketing, but are anchored in the product. What is important is an honest assessment of what these gates are and what they are not. These are legal and editorial tests, not a scientific validation of the systems. A passed gate means that content is legally viable, data protection friendly and linguistically careful. It does not mean that astrology or human design are empirically proven. We deliberately keep this border open. Anyone who entrusts sensitive data has the right to know that there is an audited line behind it and what type of audit it is. For each gate, we therefore indicate when it was last checked and which body is responsible for it [placeholder: specifically name the responsible body, such as internal editorial and external legal review]. This makes it clear that the test is not asserted once, but is maintained on an ongoing basis. This page makes this line visible, objectively and without embellishment.

- Astrakey combines sensitive data, derivations, AI and relationship analysis. - Gates are legal and editorial tests, not scientific validation of the systems. - Gates are deliberate review thresholds that must be reached before publication.

Data protection and consent

The first gate concerns the handling of sensitive data. Astrakey processes information that can reveal a lot about a person and treats it with appropriate care. Before publication, it is checked whether it is clear which data is used for what, what is stored and how export and deletion work. A separate focus is on consent. It must be clear, understandable and revocable. Astrakey is particularly strict when it comes to relationship analysis because it can derive statements about a second person. Here it is not enough to simply enter data. The data subject needs their own, informed consent or a legally clean framework. This gate ensures that data protection does not disappear in the small print, but can be experienced as a usable control. My data does not automatically mean permission to interpret others. This limit is built in, not optional.

- It is checked whether data usage, storage, export and deletion are clear. - Consent must be clear, understandable and revocable. - A particularly strict consent rule applies when analyzing relationships.

AI transparency as a hard gate

The second gate ensures that the role of AI remains clear and honest. Astrakey separates computation, convergence and language. AI formulates the interpretation in an understandable way, but does not decide which systems match or invent a profile. Before publication, it is checked whether this separation is visible in the product, i.e. whether users can recognize when calculations are made and when they are formulated. This protects against the impression that a language model freely judges a person. This line also applies to translations and summaries: AI supports, editorial review protects sensitive content. This gate is important because AI easily creates the appearance of authority. Astrakey wants to avoid exactly that. AI is a tool for language, not the source of truth. By enshrining this principle as a release criterion, it does not remain just a declaration of intent, but rather becomes a verifiable condition for every publication.

- AI puts it, it does not decide on truth and does not invent a profile. - It is checked whether the separation between arithmetic and formulation is visible. - Editorial review secures sensitive AI-generated content.

IP care and protected system texts

The third gate concerns intellectual property and care towards third-party systems. Astrakey uses many established systems as perspectives, but does not adopt protected original texts, tables or original formulations from other providers. Instead, Astrakey writes its own editorial explanations and interpretations. Before publication, it is checked whether content adheres to this limit, especially for systems whose interpretation texts may be protected by copyright. This care not only protects legally, but also strengthens the independence of the brand. Astrakey does not want to be a collection of copied content, but rather its own, understandable language for the interaction of many systems. Where systems are mentioned by name, this is done descriptively and fairly, without adopting protected content. Example chapters in the Soul Book are clearly marked as fictional, and real user profiles are never shown without express consent. This gate ensures that Astrakey remains clean in terms of content and does not take content from anyone that does not belong to it.

- No copying of protected original texts, tables or formulations. - Own editorial statements instead of copied content. - Sample chapters clearly fictional, real profiles only with consent.

Legal review and editorial quality

The fourth gate combines legal review with editorial quality. Before sensitive content appears, it is checked for clear boundaries. Astrakey does not provide medical, therapeutic, legal or financial recommendations and does not claim to know the truth about any person. Statements about health, relationships or psychological stress require careful language and reference to appropriate specialist authorities. The editorial review ensures that wording remains inviting and reserved, that uncertainty is marked and that no sentence seems like a final statement. A separate focus is on protection against discrimination. Content is checked to ensure that it does not denigrate, exclude or force anyone into rigid roles based on gender or sexual orientation. Relationship texts explicitly take friendship, family, as well as queer and non-monogamous constellations into account, instead of just assuming a norm. This quality is also a question of the language in the different versions, which is why sensitive texts are checked in every published language, including gender-sensitive wording. Together, these gates ensure that Astrakey not only works technically, but also speaks responsibly. You should feel understood, not judged. This site makes it clear that behind every published statement there is a conscious examination of law, ethics and language.

- Clear boundaries: no diagnosis, no prediction, no advice. - Protection against discrimination based on gender and sexual orientation, queer and non-monogamous constellations are taken into account. - Editorial review maintains restraint, highlights uncertainty and pays attention to gender-sensitive language.

Frequently asked questions

What are the Astrakey gates?

Clearly defined testing thresholds for data protection, consent, AI transparency, IP due diligence, protected system texts, legal review and editorial quality that must be achieved before each publication.

How does Astrakey protect my sensitive data?

It is checked whether data use, storage, export and deletion are clear and whether consent is understandable and revocable, especially when analyzing relationships.

Is an AI judging me?

No. AI formulates the interpretation, but does not decide which systems match or invent a profile. This separation is a fixed release criterion.

Does Astrakey copy texts from other systems?

No. Astrakey writes its own editorial statements and does not accept protected original texts, tables or formulations from third-party providers.

Does Astrakey provide medical or legal advice?

No. Astrakey is a reflection service and does not provide medical, therapeutic, legal or financial recommendations.

Why does relationship analysis need special care?

Because it can derive statements about a second person. Therefore, a strict, separate consent rule applies to the data subject.

Does a passed gate mean the systems are scientifically proven?

No. The gates are legal and editorial checks, not scientific validation. A passed gate means that content is legally viable, data protection friendly and linguistically careful, not that a system has been empirically proven.

Do you protect against discrimination?

Yes. Content is reviewed to ensure that it does not disparage or exclude anyone based on gender or sexual orientation. Relationship texts also take queer and non-monogamous constellations into account.

Are the gates one-time or recurring?

Recurring. For each gate we show the date of the last test and the responsible body so that the test is maintained in a traceable manner.

What is the sharing page for?

It makes it factually transparent which standards Astrakey checks before publication so that you understand what your trust is based on.
