Hermetia builds reach with visible guardrails. This page shows which protective measures have already been installed technically and editorially and which points will be released externally before the final domain launch.

Important: no final approval from a lawyer

This overview is a product and content gate, not legal advice. It makes transparent which protective measures have been implemented in marketing. Before the payment model, final domain launch, indexing and productive app linking, data protection, consumer rights and IP approvals remain to be confirmed externally.

Release gates

Own texts and no copied interpretations

Marketing, glossary, system and knowledge content are formulated as their own Hermetia texts. Proprietary interpretation texts, card texts or questionnaire items are not accepted.

Implemented
  • System pages use their own descriptions and legal boundaries.
  • Gene Keys, Human Design, Tarot and Oracle Card content refer to their own language instead of foreign original texts.
  • Resource pages contain diagnostic, advice and prognostic limits.

Image and graphic rights

All live referenced assets are documented in the inventory and technically checked. The final rights release of the design folders remains to be documented externally before the domain launch.

  • Convergence graphics are their own, abstract Hermetia diagrams.

Data protection and Art. 9 GDPR

The website communicates sensitive spiritual profile data, explicit consent, EU hosting, encryption, export and deletion. The final legal examination is still required before launch.

AI transparency

AI is described as a formulation layer, not a computing core or authority over humans. AI content is framed as supported reflection rather than advice.

No diagnosis, treatment or prediction

All sensitive areas frame Hermetia as an inspiration for self-reflection. Medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal and financial advice are excluded.

Pricing, free/paid limits and conversion

The website transparently lists free and paid models. Before actual payment, price information, general terms and conditions, cancellation and app onboarding must be finally checked against consumer law.

  • Terms and conditions and cancellation are integrated as a draft.
  • CTAs avoid fear marketing and aggressive scarcity.

EU languages and translation status

All 24 official EU language routes are technically live. German and English are edited; other languages ​​are visibly marked as editorially in preparation.

  • Language status page shows 24 live routes, 2 released and 22 prepared languages.
  • Fallback languages show a visible hint.
  • Sitemap and hreflang contain all language routes.

Indexing and domain launch

The test phase deliberately remains on noindex/nofollow. For the final domain launch, the nginx header, public/_headers, canonical URL and app URL must be finally changed.

Open before launch
  • deploy/README.md documents noindex in the testing phase.
  • public/_headers sets noindex/nofollow for Cloudflare Pages.
  • Robots allows crawling so noindex header can be seen.

Before final launch

Noindex/nofollow remains correct in the testing phase. At launch, indexing headers, final canonicals, app URLs, payment flow, legal texts and translation status must be released together.

Why this is conversion relevant

Trust is part of conversion. Visitors should be able to become curious, register and choose a paid model without sensitive data, AI interpretation, relationship profiles or prices appearing unclear.
